I've been wanting a residential lot that looks like a community lot for my business minded simmies to be able to open their own business.

I've separated the lot from the CC and the CC is included in separate RAR's so that I didn't have to use Media-fryer to host the lots anymore.

Bed and Breakfast
I made this lot for my Secret Santa Amythestfenix at Black Pearl Sims. Since the sharing of furnished lots there is hard, I've decided to put it here for everyone to enjoy!
This is a little CC heavy, not as bad as my other lots, but might still run slow for older computers. I used as much Maxis as I thought fit, but there's still a good deal of CC.

*Note*
This lot's terrain is completely flat (except when the beach drops off into the ocean, obviously...), you will need a 'hood with flat beach lots!
This lot also has a backward entrance, like the castle in paintings and even the Disney movie, the castle entrance is close to the beach, where the ships would have docked. It is not near the road. I have also left the road alone so that the driveways do not go crazy.
